We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING within the contiguous United States using UPS Standard Delivery (5-7 business days). You can find the order confirmation number and tracking details in your purchase confirmation email. Once an order has been placed we are unable to alter or cancel the order as it immediately goes through our fulfillment process. We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, or delivery delays caused by transportation, severe weather, or other causes. Please contact the courier directly.

We happily accept returns of unopened products (tube seal intact). We cannot accept returns of opened products, for sanitary reasons. Please reach out to the skinrefit team at hello@skinrefit.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number included in the ‘subject line’ so we can help provide the return shipping address and refund. Packages do not include return slips. If the product was delivered in damaged condition please send a photos and description. Please note: skinrefit is not responsible for your return packing or shipping costs. We recommend adding insurance and tracking to your carefully packaged return shipment. Once your return has been received your refund will be applied to the original payment method used. Allow up to two weeks for your refund to be credited to the original method of payment after receipt of your return. How To Use

Apply a thin layer twice daily (morning and evening) to help smooth and hydrate dry, rough and bumpy skin on body (arms, legs, chest). Leave the moisturizer on. Due to the gentle peeling effect rinse the palms of your hands after each application. Let it absorb 10 minutes prior to getting dressed. Use continuously, twice daily, and see results in as little as 3 weeks. Then, apply as needed to maintain smooth, healthy skin.

A light tingling may occur due to the peeling effect. It will go away after a few minutes. What you feel are the glycolic and salicylic acids working to help dissolve dry skin and the hardened keratin plugs that cause bumps.

Texture & Use

Unlike ordinary lotion, this leave-on moisturizer is smooth yet rich in texture, which allows the AHA and BHA time dissolve dry skin and keratin plugs (cause of those prickly bumps) and to help keep affected areas hydrated longer.
